We also became the first company with TCO certified products across all our platforms, and we supported the development of the new TCO standard for business notebooks and business desktops. Launched in December 2018, we were one of only four companies with products certified for this eighth-generation standard.

Please note, that HP devices are certified as per TCO in their original state when shipped:

1. If an User changes any component in the device, this will invalidate the certification

2. If an User wishes to combine components from different TCO certified devices to configure their own device, this will also invalidate the certification
