HP publishes some regulatory compliance certificates on the following public webpage - http://www.hp.eu/certificates.

For optimal search results the product’s MMN or RMN may be entered in the search field and many different compliance documents such as Declarations of conformity, GS, India BIS, Korean KCC etc. may be found on the webpage for active products. If the declaration of conformity is missing the product is either new and unreleased or is obsolete/EoL and it's documents have been taken down from the platform. The same applies for the other compliance documents that are being published there as well.
