Overview
A GS ("Geprüfte Sicherheit" – Tested Safety) certificate is a voluntary certification issued by accredited certification bodies, primarily for products sold in the German market. The GS mark demonstrates that a product has been independently evaluated for compliance with applicable safety and ergonomic requirements.
Unlike mandatory regulatory certifications, GS certification is optional and therefore not all HP products have a GS certificate available.

Where can I find HP GS certificates?
A range of GS certificates for HP products is publicly available through HP's certificate portal: http://www.hp.eu/certificates.
Search using either:
- Marketing Model Name (MMN), or
- Regulatory Model Number (RMN)
When searching by MMN, remove the "HP" prefix from the product name (for example, search for EliteBook 640 G11 instead of HP EliteBook 640 G11).

If a GS certificate is not available, it may indicate that:
- The product was not certified under the GS program, or
- The product is obsolete or end-of-life (EoL).
