Yes, most commercial LaserJet and Ink jet printers have batteries in them with the exception of some low-end products that are single function. MFP's without fax function would have no battery as well. All of the batteries for LaserJet and InkJet are small coin cell BR and CR type. These are categorized as non-rechargeable lithium-metal batteries in the context of various regulations.
