Overview
The EU/UK Declaration of Conformity (DoC) is a legally required document through which HP declares that a product complies with applicable regulatory requirements of the European Union and United Kingdom.
By issuing the DoC, HP accepts responsibility for the product's compliance with relevant legislation and standards. The declaration is supported by testing, technical documentation and conformity assessment activities.
Depending on the product type, a DoC may cover requirements related to:
- Electrical Safety
- Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
- Radio & Telecommunications Equipment
- Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
- Energy Efficiency (EcoDesign)
- Battery Compliance
- Cybersecurity Product Compliance
- Accessibility

Where can I find HP DoCs?
Active product declarations are available through http://www.hp.eu/certificates.
Search using either:
- Marketing Model Name (MMN), or
- Regulatory Model Number (RMN)
When searching by MMN, remove the "HP" prefix from the product name (for example, search for EliteBook 640 G11 instead of HP EliteBook 640 G11).

If a declaration is not available:
- The product may not yet be released, or
- The product may be obsolete/end-of-life.
